shrimp disappearing during cycle

ive had a shrimp in my FOWLR tank for 5 days, on the 2nd day it developed a bubble around the shrimp and today i noticed that it had moved and the shrimp was no longer in the bubble, is this normal, also there are bubbles inside the bubble, what are they?

Looks normal, the bubbles are the decomposition of the organic material and part of the nitrogen cycle, you should see more bubbles all over your tank as the process continues.
