We bought a couple of clown fish last week and added them to the tank.

They have been swimming around very happy for over a week now.

I have noticed that they now stay in one corner together and that one of them looks to be struggling to swim. Most of the time he is vertical, head pointing towards the surface. He also seems to have a lot of, urm, waste coming from him.. long lines of it.. at least 3 - 4 inches long..

These are the first fish that have been added to the tank. The water levels are all fine and have been constant.

Any advice welcome.

Coming from the general body area or the anus? Any other phisical symptoms other than the swimming behavior?

Do you have a QT set up and running?

Cheers
Steve
