one of my rainbowfish females is swimming like she has a swim bladder problem... anything else out there that might be the cause? Or should I just mark time until she can't swim...

extra bummer factor: if that one dies, I'll have 4 males, one female. I haven't seen them doing any breeding behavior in the past year, but wondering if that balance will be a problem.

id say swim bladder disease. put it in a hospital tank and feed it some unshelled boiled peas it'll fix the problem. the fish doesnt have to stay in the hospital tank but it needs to be able to eat the peas but if you have a permanent hospital tank it'd be best for it to go in there.

Fast the fish for 2-3 days with the addition of Epsom salts at 1tbs per 5g slowly over a couple hours, I don't have a single fish that will eat peas.
