Tang has strange orange growth on fin

My tang has an orange bump on its fin. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what it is and treatment for it? I've had him for about 2 weeks and noticed it a couple days ago. He appears to still be eating by grazing around the tank. I'll try to get a better picture

Is it raised or a bump or any sort?

Yes it is raised

I'll be honest, keep an eye on it. I'm not sure, it could be a parasite or it could be a simple bump from a fight with something in the tank.
