Tetra problems

Hi I have a 200l community tank. I can post parameters if you would feel that helps this problem. Yesterday I had a balloon Molly die and now today I have noticed that my glowlights have huge eyes (picture shows worst) and also a silvetip is looking rather messy. Could anyone let me know how to fix these and what maybe the cause. I'm guessing the glowlight is Popeyes but being relatively new to this amazing hobby I'm not 100% certain.

It looks like ich to me. Try a big water change, turn up the heat to 86 and try an anti-parasite remedy. Malachite green would work or anything containing it (Rid ich plus would be awsome) They sell that at dedicated "Fish" Stores not chain stores.

Ur glowlight does show symptoms of pop-eye but we cant be sure and yup ur silver tip has ich ( is he stressed?) Use an anti-ich remedy and anti parasite rememdy as matt suggested for the glowlight and yes change the water and if u have a sick tank it might be a good idea to put the glowlight in there cause pop-eye super dangerous
