My tank perameters are good since i just treated ich and was doing constant water changes with heat at 88F. now thats done temp is 78F all fish are doing great, except the Texas Cichlid. He hangs at the bottom alot, sometimes resting on his belly, when i feed them, he just looks so disoriented swimming backward, on his side, bumping into everything, eyes shift around alot like he has no control of it, he is not aggressive anymore. Basically if a fish could have dimentia, this would be it. Any diagnosis and treatment options?

Is he bloated at all? I am suspecting a swim bladder condition. It may not be swim bladder it may be something else. Does he have any physical symptoms?
