Unknown bacteria

I have a 55 gallon tank and I introduced some river rocks to it after bleaching them, using soap, and soaking in the sun for a week. Bacteria showed up and I'd now plaguing the tank and fish, please follow this url to YouTube and help me identify what it is! Treated the tank with methyline blue and ich/protazoan cure and didn't work.

I’d say it is highly doubtful you picked the bacteria up off a rock. Especially if it was treated the way you describe.

I’d look at changing the water a lot over the next few days and take it from there.

I don't know, I've medicated it and done hundreds of 100% water changes and gravel cleanings. It's always back within a few days.
