Updates on fish and some advice needed!!!

Hi!! I bought 20 new guppies at a fish store 10 went to my moms turtle but she only ate nine so I took the other fish. So the fish i just bought all grew quite well. But that fish I pulled out of the tank did not grow at all. I fed the fish everyday because I felt bad for it. But I was wondering why it didn't grow? Also all my other fish are doing fine!!! And soon I will be getting a computer so I can use that instead of my ipad so I will be able to help y'all out because I feel I owe you all for helping me out!! So please help me on my guppy problem and I will help y'all!! I'm hoping he/she isn't sick, and I'm hoping its a runt.

Don't live feed turtles it's a bad idea and also are the guppies in warm water and out if a sunny window

They are not near a sunny window and have a heater. The temperature is 79 degrees
