Urgent Heater Question

I have a heater in the tank that I'm cycling for my frog and snail. It's a preset one that is at seventy five degrees. I can't get another heater. My question is this: Will this temperature hurt my frog, and does my snail need a heater?

Forgot to say, it's an African Clawed frog and a very large Gold Mystery Snail.

Thank you. I was getting worried when no one answered, because I didn't find anything online and didn't know if it would harm the frog. The snail I figured out would be fine with or with out the heater. I'll use the heater then.
