What is the best replacement for the role that a cleaner shrimp does? I have the above fish and I understand that he will attack the shrimps so I need to modify my CUC

Cleaner wrasse maybe...

Cleaner wrasse don't do well in home aquariums. They usually don't make it past a month. Neon gobies do the the exact same thing and last a lot longer.
