Wasting Desease??

Hi, I have a Cichlid tank and last week lost one. It was sickly for some time before it passe

d. The only symptoms it was showing was its stomach sinking even after eating. It just got more and more skinny till it got weak and died. This was the cichlid on the bottom of the hierarchy. NOW another seems to be looking the same!!! Its eating but getting smaller and a sunken stomach. What could this be? How would u treat it. If its a parasite is it most likely all the fish have it?

Something else thats odd is the Yellow Labs nose has turned white/skin tone. Don't know if thats anything important to mention

Please let me know the least expensive route to helping these fish out.
