Aquarium Advice Apprentice
I have a Fluval Spec V, with 1 Moss ball, 2 shutes of Bacopa Monnieri, some "Java Moss", and some long leafed plant in the back, that was sent with a shipment of fish(If anyone has any idea what this is, and is willing to share, it would be greatly appreciated!).
The standard lighting system seems to be insufficient, and I have seen many change over to the "Marineland Hidden LED Lighting Systems" (
).
Marineland's link:
Freshwater Saltwater Reef Aquarium LED Lighting System | Marineland
Dr. Foster & Smith(They have a PAR/LUX rating in the immediate description):
Marineland Hidden & Accent LED Lighting System: LED Aquarium Light Fixtures
Note: I wanted this, because all that I have seen use this, are able to fit it perfectly into the existing Fluval lid, with no need for modification.
The pictures attached are of the tank, and a box that the light comes in. It's a 21", I will be buying the 17".
