Yellow tail Damsels Die!

Bought two YTD in the wk, and they r dead today. I put a previous thread sayin they werent movin much and they looked to b breathing heavily. Nw i was told to check which i took to my local fish place where i bought them frm, they said all levels were fine had the tank bout 3 weeks gt a heater which is set at bout 26/27oc the only thing tht iv heard is the oxygen levels i have an internal filter it is a 20 gal tank. I wud like to knw wat cud of happened as i dnt wnt to put anymore fish in if it cud happen again.

Did the tank finish cycling? Or were you till in the process?

Id had the tank for three weeks and i tested the water at my local shop where i gt fish frm when the fish startd getin il and they said the water levels eg nitrates ammonia ph levels were all fine.
