With over 2000 species of cichlids what do you like? In a 29 your limited to the smaller cichlids. Personally I love apistogramma. But there are a bunch that would work including cryptoheros genus

The apistogramma are beautiful fish, I'm just looking for some ideas, I would like active fish that get to be about 4 inches
