Convict Cichlids HELP!

Can i keep male convicts say 2 or 3 in one tank?no females---females will be seperate...will they be okay ?

I agree, that would be fine for a short time as juvies but between aggression and deteriorating water conditions it would not end well, a 4ft. tank would be the minimum.
