External inline Heater

I have never used them before and planning on one for a 75g.
Has anyone used or using these heaters? ..if so please give me your input. thanks

I use a Hydor inline 200w in my 63g along with a standard heater at the opposite end of the tank. I've never tried the Hydor on its own to see how well it does, but together my temperature hardly varies by even half a degree anywhere in the tank. I use the Seneye device to measure temperature so I get a reading every half hour to my laptop or phone, hardly moves up or down. Before I used the Hydor, I had cool spots at one end of my tank.
