How often do they have babies?

So I have a male and female and they keep having babies. I don't know what kind they are for sure. This is the 3rd time in the past 3 months that they have had babies. I was wondering how often can they and will they have babies. Here is a pic of the male. The female is smaller and has orange on the top.

Looks like convicts to me. Females are smaller and have orange on their bellies. They have babies all the time!!
