Kenyi can be very aggressive and I would not mix SA cichlids with Africans. Other than that it all depends on your tank size, filtration, and other factors.

Or maybe I'm confused by the question. Are you asking which one would be best or can all of them go with a johanii?

I used to breed Kenyi's and they are one of the meanest Mbuna I have ever dealt with, would be ok with a johanni, but definitely don't want to add a SA like a JD. The JD will be very stressed, hide all day, and be prone to diseases.

A single male and female Kenyi will not coexist.

In my experience breeding Kenyi's even having 3 females may not be enough, my male just zero'd in on one female anyway. The females themselves can really wreck some fish up when they are defending their brood as well.
