African Cichlids. Right now I have about 30 Cichlids in it, and I'm looking at be adding some more in over the next week.

I have 5 electric yellow labs....2 colbalts....3 OB....20 strawberry peacocks.....1 synodontis greshoffi...we will be adding in 1 synodontis eupterus and some albino Taiwan reef

I got a question.... I know my tank water is stable, but how do I know if there are enough nutrients in the water for my fish? Also are there certain nutrients that are needed?

Wow what an awesome looking tank! I'm hoping to set up a cichlid tank in the next couple of weeks. I'm jealous of yours! Gorgeous

Nutrients in the water isn't a big deal in fresh water tanks unless you have live plants. The fish don't need them as long as you do water changes you will be fine. Synodontis are typically best kept in schools btw. That being said your tank looks great, makes me wanna watch avatar again.
