Buddy of mine has a few of the jelly bean parrotfish, And aparently they had a whole mess of babies. Not sure if parrots and jellybean parrots are much dofferent but i do understand that thry are hybrids, and males aparently tend to be sterile. Now is it a possibility that they could not be sterile and they had babies?

Its possible but rare. Jellybean is a name given to either a convict/BPC cross or a dyed BPC. Is there anything in the tank other than the parrots that could have fertilized the eggs?

The only other thing in the tank is a blue crayfish and a tri color shark

No way that possible
And they look a little like convicts so they may be that cross
And i know convicts make babies like crazy so that must be it!

Thanks guys!
