No personal experience with Coelotilapia joka but I do know they're not nearly as large or aggressive as others in that genus. If you've got a extra 55-75g open I'd give them a shot.

From what I was reading through some google searches, they appear to be extremely calm, although not particularly fond of conspecifics. And like HUKIT said, they stay much smaller than many other similar species, maxing out at 10", but normally ranging 4-6" in the aquarium setting.
