Algae on tank?

I have my tank for about 10 months or so. Just recently on my glass this bright neon-like looking ( I'm thinking it's algae) growing. Im not sure exactly what it is. Any idea?

Sounds like its coraline algae growing. Can you scrape it off with a fingernail?

It's pretty tough. Plus there one little dark red that wouldn't scrap off

Sweet. Should I turn off all my filters n scrap it or just leave it alone?

Leave it alone. If you have a rock that is coverd with some scrape that rock every now and then.
