AquaC Remora Skimmer Bubbles?

Can anyone who owns one of these tell me how long it takes before the thing stops making micro-bubbles?

I have the overflow box, which seems to work, but tiny bubbles are still pouring out of the bottom of the unit. I've had it running for about a month.

Are you using the maxijet or the rio? I've had mine for about a year and it still makes a few, but I do not use a bubble trap and I use the maxijet. I've heard it doesn't prduce them after a few weeks when it's using the rio, but it's not as effective either.

Mine uses the Maxi-Jet 1200

a month or two. There will always be a small amount but not like when the skimmer is new!
