My ph is 8.7. How much baking soda should I use on a 75g

Actually plain baking soda will slightly drop your pH. If you bake the baking soda, which in turn drives out the co2, it will have the affect of slightly raising your pH.Baking soda would raise your KH and your PH some. Not lower it. It is usually recommended that you bake it for a few hours to drive C02 out of it first. Not recommended for adjusting PH.
Calcium has no affect on pH.So the calcium part of a two part will lower ph?
I dose aprox 125ml (1/2 cup) per day of both alk and calcium that I make using Recipe 1 in the link below.Capt how much do u put in for alk
