I have a few pieces of fossilized coral In my tank..when I got them they were white an now they're turning brown/amber..is that ok

They are just getting diatoms and algea on them.

Yep just normal growth. Eventually they will get coraline algae on them and look very pretty. I have a few dead corals that are solid purple
