Damsel Fish Chart

Is there any site that list all of the damsel fish with their picture. My girlfriend bought a damsel on Sunday to add to he tank. We don't know the breed and wanted to find out. I have looked at liveaquaria.com and they do not have him there. Is there any place on the net to solve our mystery.

Thats a heck of a venture. My best advice is to get a book like 'Marine Fishes". This book is a very good photo book with photos of the different species with their latin names as well as some basic care info. Once you have the latin names then its much easier to look things up on the net.

Here is an amazon.com link Marine Fishes by Scott Michael

Can you describe the bodyshape and coloration? A photo would be best.
