Gorilla crab?

I recently started my first SW tank and had noticed these crabs, took pictures and showed them to my LFS and the told me to get them
OUT! So I just flipped my tank upside down trying to get these bastards and only got one!

Question 1, anyone had any ideas on how to catch them?

2) didn't I just F myself by disrupting my tank by moving around all my LR?

Maybe toss some food in to bring then out and try and grab them up then?

Put a tall glass leaning against the rock where you think he is. A bit of sinking food to attract him. If it's narrow and tall the fish won't go in. Crabs can't swim or crawl out.
