there are 2 types 1 eats zoa's and stay on the rock work those need to get removed the others just hang around on the glass those are ok

Looks like a limpet to me also. Never knew any ate zoas. I always thought they ate algae. I would just keep an eye on it around any corals to be on the safe side. No need to remove it unless it causes a problem.
 
I spoke to the guy a recently got some coral from, he said it was a limpet also. There are several in his tank, and his zoa colonies are just killer.
