What are the two yellow dots on the rock??? I think there sponges but I'm not sure

Not bad, simple filter feeders, wont harm anything.

Will they grow to be much bigger?

A better picture would help. But if they are pineapple sponges then they are a sign of good water parameters. But if there's a bunch of them (like in my tank...) you probly have a lot of excess nutrients. Try feeding less and do a few decent sized water changes
