Is Jebo heater any good?

What kind of heater do you all use in your tank? I got this Jebo 300watt for free along with my other order. I'm thinking i could use it in my QT tank, but I'm a little bit hesitant to use it fearing it may crack and fried my fish.

I have one in my 35 gallon qt. It runs a little warmer than the dial indicates but overall has been a good heater. I would definately use it in a QT. Just make sure you do not submerge it past the waterline.
