Got new dimmable ones what % do you keep whites and blues at?

I started mine at 15 blue 10 white. But now Im like almost 2 weeks in and don't know how much higher to go

Cool my tank is use to leds but not dimmable and I thk they were too high. I'm thking 50-white and 75-blue

Oh okay, yeah mine were over 4bulb t5s. I put the LEDs at 50% and the rbta stayed shriveled so I lowered them and they opened back up. So I'm just going to go slowly, probably every wk move up by like 10
