My Rock Carpet costed me more than what it was worth!

I use googles when I take them out of water, I use gloves (preventing bristles worms bites), I also use an elastic on my wrist, to prevent water going into the nitriles gloves.

I use gloves when manipulating rocks.... When I frag with a razor blade, etc, I don't use gloves...
 
This is a tricky subject with lots of grey area. Different zoa/pally have different levels of toxin in terms of intensity. Then you tie that in with each individual person's sensitivity to such, think of a bee sting and how many people say ouch and pull the stinger out where others can have a deadly reaction.
There have been times where I've messed with the zoas in my tank and soon after rubbed my eye. Not something I would suggest you do to test out your sensitivity, but overall it made my eye red and it burned some. Simply didn't realize what I did until it burned. That is the worst I ever got.
