I added a flame hawkfish last night and now the hexatania and the cleaner wrasse's are giving him a real hard time. Why would they be flogging him, everything i've read says there shouldn't be a problem...

maybe try changing the decorations in your tank around... fish can establish territory and if you change the scenery it forces them all to re-establish territory and it may make things more peaceful...

Yeah, thanks cogburn much appreciated, but i've been doing this for quite a while now. Newbie on the forums, not on fish keeping. Any personal experience out there? I've never had drama's with these fish before, i've combined them on a few occasions actually... The second he hit the water the hex was up him. I thought it was just initial hazing rights but every time he put's his head up the hex rips him and if the hex isn't around the 2" cleaner's up him. Much frustrating!
