Removing a fish

I'm having a problem with my angel fish! I've been getting into corals more, some he nips and some he doesn't. I just purchased a nice size toadstool yesterday. It opened up relatively fast which I was happy bc I've heard it can take awhile. Shortly after that it was lights out. When I came home from work today it looked terrible and I even caught him nipping at it. I've tried in the past to remove him with many different methods including the soda bottle trick. No luck! I'm set on removing rock from tank and netting him. Can my live rock be effected by removing it from my tank?? Solutions?

How about filling a bucket with tank water at your next PWC and throwing the rock in there? I would have thought even if you just take it out and don't keep it wet, it should be ok for a short time while you Angel hunt!
