Salty Compound?

What is this Salty stuff on my tank?? I think it's from the saltwater I bought, but hows it getting out of my tank? and is there any way to prevent this? it's all over the place

I think you are speaking of "salt creep" and "salt spray". This happens when the water splashes around on equipment and devices. The water evaporates away but the salt stays behind.

The only way to prevent it is to minimize water splashing around.
