Upgrading from biocube HQI need guidance

Thinking I want to go custom and go 31L by 28W by 24H to fit specific wall perfectly. Bottom drilled in middle back.

Thinking of going kessil maybe 1 or 2? 150 vs 350...thoughts vs HQI?

Would coral suffer? Growth or Colour wise?

Here is current status if tank with FOWLR for 1 year and coral for last 8 months...so just under 2 year total.

For a 24" deep tank you'd need the 350 or 360. I have the 150 over my 20 tall and it's perfect for the dimensions. Anything longer needs 2 kessils though. My green birdsnest grows super fast under my kessil. All the tips are white and growing well.

So at 31 long I would need 2 kessil 350?

I was gonna go marineland 60 rimless but really need bottom drilled so I can push right up against wall. I figured what the hell just go custom and make it fit perfectly .

Yeah I'd do 2, anything past the 24" by 24" area it covers will be somewhat dark.

As big as can fit. Being weird dimensions will make it hard to know what size sump will fit
