What types of foods do you use?

Greetings.

I would like to know, what are the most popular foods being used for fish, invertebrates and corals. So that everyone wanting to switch to another type of food, may have some information as to which one to choose.

Please include everything you add to your particular recipes, etc.

Comments, suggestions are welcome.

Thank you.

Here is a link I found at OZ Reef Marine Park of a recipe as a one for all food.

The page also has a link for a DIY fish and coral feeder.
