What types of foods do you use?

Greetings.

I would like to know, what are the most popular foods being used for fish, invertebrates and corals. So that everyone wanting to switch to another type of food, may have some information as to which one to choose.

Please include everything you add to your particular recipes, etc.

I voted combonation.

I feed the following different types of food.

Flake food

Frozen Brine (onece a week usually)

Frozen seafood mix (i think its called prime reef)

sweatwater zooplankton

Dried Nori sheets
