75 gallon??

Someone offered me a complete 75 gallon oak setup..tank..hood stand and an aquaclear 110 fro 275..good deal?

What is the material of the tank? It's not a spectacular deal, unless it's a really nice acrylic tank or a really nice stand. It's decent though, and depending on the quality of the stand it might be a good buy.
