Angel ?

My angel is starting to develop this red area on top of his head. Is this something I need to worry about ??
He doesn't seem to be acting any different.

I apologize, but I am having a hard time seeing your picture on my small screen. Are you referring to the colored pigment on his head and up his fin? Or, is there a sore or some such thing that I can't see?

This is not the symptom of any disease that I am familiar with, but I can't definitively say it isn't a disease.

It could be natural. How old is this angel?

I've had him for about a year. Got him when he was about quarter size.
