Still waiting for my tank to cycle. But I finally am getting some nitrates but ammonia levels are staying constant. I was curious what the typical timeline on a 55 gal cycle is?

My 60 gallon tank took just about 46 days to completely cycle. It could be more or less though with you.

4-6 weeks is average without using seeded media or a proper bacteria supplement.

get some seeded media its been 10 days well 13 since i put it in, but first 3 days it didnt have a working filter so water wasnt moving. and @ day 9 i got my first 0-0-40 anglesplus active filter is what i have cut half of it up and put in filters the rest is stuck to the side of the tank with an air tube in it
