I have a 29 gallon. Right now there's a 5 inch long pleco, full grown male angelfish, one male betta, and three females dalmation mollies. The male angelfish seems like he wants a companion or more--he just seems lonely.
I seriously doubt your angelfish would accept a new angel as Rich has mentioned. With your current stocking some lower region fish like cories are IMO the only option. The male betta would attack fish like guppies and the angelfish would attack small tetras. Cory cats are cute and a blast to watch when they are zipping around the tank.
