HELP

My albino cory catfish looks like heís bleeding. iím not sure how to add a picture, iím not sure if it will post but i will try to describe best as possible. He is albino so it is very clear when his color changes. He has red streaks on his scales on both sides that look as though he cut himself somewhere, but it has only gotten worse since last night. Any help?? Is it a disease??? Also another one has a patch of lighter colored scales that has just shown up.

Maybe there is an ammonia, Nitrite or Nitrate spike?

Can you test the water to see what the parameters are?
