Identification

I got this fish at my LFS and they said it'd be fine w/ what I had, so I got it. I typed in it's name "Rainbow Pike fish" in google to get a profile and have come up w/ absolutely nothing. Perhaps someone here has owned one of these guys and can ID it for me?

Try searching for pictures of Crenicichla on google and see if anything looks like what you got. I have no clue but I tried googling it for you. Got any pics? If you already posted pictures, I apologize, I am at work and all the major photo hosts get blocked.

The LFS I work at has a fish that looks very similar to this. We call it a pike cichlid.
