Is my fish going to be okay?

My goldfish Henry fell out of the net while I moving him from a bucket to tank. He fell on a blanket two times before I was able to get him back into the net and into the tank. He is breathing fast and I think he’s scared and stressed. He swimming a lot but he has bright red spots in his body two or three. I know I should’ve been more careful. He’s eating and playing with the other fish. Please help.

Should be fine if he isn’t physically broken . like a bent tail or ripped fins. The panting is probably stress related imo

I think his chances for a complete recovery from the stressful event are really good.
Recently one of my prized African Peacock cichlids did a swan dive out of the tank, crashing hard against a flag stone floor. I scooped him up, rinsed him off, then put him back in the tank. It took him a few days to shake it off, but he fully recovered.
