Looking for ID based on description.

I don't have the name on it. The shape of the fish is similar to the Bala Shark. It has a silverish colored body, red fins on the lower side, and the tail and dorsal fin are striped with black. I've seen this before but I can never remember the name of this fish.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
