neon white spot

Hi. I have spotted whitespot on my neon tetras. I have injected c02. External filter (with carbon). And liquid ferts.
I immediately raised temp but am wary of normal meds because of c02 and filter. Any ideas? Thanks.

I got through ich with just the heat method. Also make sure you add an extra airstone for oxygen, pwc daily or every second day including gravel vac. Keep the heat up a week after last visible spot. Good luck
