new betta

I got a new betta tday fro a swap. I suspect that they were imported directly from tyland or something. They were in TINY bags with less than an inch of water covering the bottom of the "bag" It looks like a red crowntail. But now i have him in a new container with more water. What can i do to make sure he lives? he has enough energy to flare and his next door neighbor but i moved the container so he can rest. He tends to sit on the bottom and only go up for air or something. I put a live black worm in to see if he would eat. I think he did cause i dont see it now. I feel so bad for him, there were so many many in these tiny bags.I now have red white and blue bettas so i hope he'll live. I'll post pics of my bettas later.

They all have names so here is the new one or Devil, the blue is spirit, and the white is gohst. All of my bettas are new to the house hold (within the last week) so they are in temorary qt containers.

thank you! the others were from petco so they are most likely some kind of mutt and the red wasnt labled or anything just $2.00 so lol, i thought he'd be a good addition. I hope he makes it. Gohst and spirit both love live blackworms. although they usually get betta pellets and flake.
