New Tetra???

Our fisherman got this specie of tetra for us, but we havenot any register of this in our country (Colombia), i hope somebody help me with this
it is not Buenos aires tetra, glowlight tetra or Colombian tetra

Silver Tip Tetra Hasemania nana aquarium tropical fish from Tim's Tropicals

there is a pic there that looks really close. usually they are more yellow and that pic looks kinda orange.

It looks like a silver tip tetra to me as well. I have one that is quite yellow, and another one that I have is very orange.

That might make it one of the coolest fish ever! At least in my mind

It is a wild fish, not hibryd, i must think that it is a new specie, well Taxonomics will replay that,thanks

I still think it is more along the lines of a typical silver tip with a color variation.

adipose fin

This fish come from Colombia, and has adipose fin, look like a tip tetra (hasemania nana) but, hasemania hasnt adipose fin and come from Brazil.
then is not same specie.

I have 6 silver-tipped tetras in my tank and that is exactly what they look like. So I would say that that is a silver-tipped tetra. It just has more orange color to it than most silver-tips do. One of mine is even more silver than that though.

Why hobbyst always look color and patern, it isnt Hasemania nana (silver tip ), my fish has adipose fin, and Hasemmania hasnt.
