So I have been told that its a loach of some sort. He has a mouth identicle to a pleco but otherwise looks nothing.like one. He also attaches to the glass like a pleco. Anything?

Looks like a golden chinese algae eater...watch out as he gets older he may try to suck the slime coat off your slower moving big fish. I had one that terrorized my pink gourami and had to get rid of him.

Awsome that's just what I needed to here buy thank fully all my fish ate pretty quick moving especially the larger ones to include 2 full grown silver dollars and two full grown giant monos. So I don't think I should be too worried should i?

I wouldn't freak out, but keep an eye on him and if he is causing problems remove him.
