Can someone please help me identify this fish

There are lots of similar looking tetras. Red phantom and serpae tetras look a lot like those. To me it looks more like a rosy tetra.

How big are they?
 
I think that's what I'm having problem with, I've looked at so many photos but non quite the same as these, I would say they're about 3 to 4cm, they're actually quite transparent and some have a white spot and others don't, I'm assuming that's male/female difference.

I'm having a bit of bother with them becoming aggressive towards my cardinal tetras, I think I'll have a rearrange of my decor and see if that helps.
 
Rosy tetras are more washed out than red phantom and serpaes. Thats why i opted for rosys.

They actually look a lot like wild caught black phantoms. From the wild black phantoms have a reddish hue, and the black refers to the spot they aquire as they get a bit older rather than an overall black colour which has been selectively bred for the aquarium trade. I'll stick with rosy tetras, though not 100% sure.
